Het lijkt rustig in Europa, maar onderhuids broeit het. De problemen zijn bekend, maar interessanter zijn de mogelijke oplossingen. De Noorse econoom Torgeir Høien heeft regelmatig afwijkende inzichten die verrassend juist bleken te zijn. It has an academic as well as a practical approach and will provide you with useful ‘take-home” messages. The format of the seminar will be a mix of presentations, including an interesting panel discussion, moderated and led by EVCA’s Secretary-General, Dörte Höppner. The afternoon will be chaired by Tjarda Molenaar (MD) of NVP (Dutch Private Equity Association).

De komende jaren komt een stortvloed aan nieuwe regelgeving af op Nederlandse financiële instellingen, zowel pensioenfondsen, verzekeraars, banken als vermogensbeheerders. Deze regelgeving zal belangrijke consequenties hebben voor het dynamisch balansbeheer van Nederlandse institutionele beleggers alsook banken. Denk aan het nieuwe FTK, IORP II, Solvency II, Basel III, EMIR enzovoorts. Uiteindelijk is de verwachting dat indirect ook de financiële markten beïnvloed worden.
